LIFE CIRCLE Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to ensure proper handling of personal information for individuals using the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). The Company is committed to protecting personal information by implementing appropriate security measures.
Article 1: Definition of Personal Information
"Personal Information" refers to information as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Information Protection Act"). The Company may request personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number when Users register or request to use the Service.
Additionally, the Company may collect transaction records and payment information, including personal data, exchanged between Users and partner entities (such as information providers, advertisers, and ad distribution services).
Article 3: Purpose of Personal Information Use
The Company acquires and uses Users' personal information only within the necessary scope for the following purposes. If the Company intends to use personal information beyond these purposes, Users' prior consent will be obtained through appropriate methods.

・When necessary to protect life, body, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult.

The Company may entrust personal data handling within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in Article 3. In such cases, the Company carefully evaluates outsourcing partners for eligibility, stipulates confidentiality obligations in contracts, and provides necessary oversight.

Upon request by the User, the Company will promptly disclose personal information it retains. However, the Company may withhold disclosure in the following cases:
・If disclosure could harm the life, body, property, or rights of the User or third parties.
・If disclosure significantly hinders business operations.

If a User finds that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User may request correction, addition, or deletion of the data. Upon request, the Company will promptly investigate and make necessary corrections. Users will be notified of the outcome
Article 8: Suspension of Personal Data Usage
Users may request suspension, deletion, or restriction on third-party provision of their personal data.
The Company will investigate such requests promptly and, if justified, take appropriate action. If suspension is cost-prohibitive or difficult, alternative measures will be implemented to protect User rights. Users will be notified of the decision
Article 9: Privacy Policy Revisions
The Company reviews and improves this Policy periodically. Changes may be made unless otherwise specified by law. Revised policies take effect once Users are notified through appropriate methods or once published on the Company Website.
Article 10: Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company strictly adheres to Japanese laws and relevant regulations on personal information protection.
Article 11: Complaints and Inquiries
The Company accepts complaints and inquiries regarding personal information handling and will respond appropriately and promptly. This includes requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, or refusal of use or provision.

To prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information, the Company implements organizational, physical, human, and technical measures such as:

・Security measures to prevent external cyberattacks.If a data breach occurs, the Company will report to authorities and follow regulatory instructions to prevent recurrence.
